These terms govern free access to the ChatGPTprompts.art storefront, customer account, and digital prompt library.

The current library experience is offered through a free verified-email account. No purchase or payment is required, and no payment method is connected. Future paid offers will be presented separately before any charge.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You may not share temporary download links, bypass access controls, or use another person’s account.
Digital-product license
Unless a specific product license says otherwise, downloads are for the registered customer’s personal and commercial creative use. You may use prompts to create new work, but you may not resell, redistribute, publish, or give away the prompt library itself.
Availability
We may update, replace, or withdraw files to correct errors, protect security, or improve the product. Temporary links can expire and may need to be generated again from My Library.
Responsible use
You agree to use the prompts and generated outputs lawfully and to follow the terms of any AI or creative platform you use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or commercial use.
